We provide customized benchmarking reports specific to your industry size, region, and plan design.  We also create and deliver web-based benefits surveys to measure employee attitudes and perceptions of their benefits packages. This helps us determine which plan features will be best received by employees.

Benefits Analysis and Recommendations

We start with an in-depth analysis of your current benefits package. We examine which benefits are currently offered, determine the most important aspects of coverage from the employer’s perspectives, and discuss what benefits you might like to add. We also gather information from your employees to determine which benefits are most important to them. We thoroughly investigate the trends within your existing coverage. For example, has your company eliminated benefits because of cost increases or have you transferred these costs onto your employees?  We also review your company’s claims experience and claims history in order to see the whole picture.

After our analysis we determine the two or three best options for your company’s benefit plan. We provide you with an in-depth explanation of these proposals. Working together with you, we’ll review these plans and create a cost sharing structure to determine the costs your company wishes to pass on the employees or absorb.  This will form the finalized plan design.
